The rooms were well-appointed and fairly quiet and with very nice interior. Location: the hotel was just off Night Market, the best bars and restaurants, and Citadel. Good service was provided.

I have stayed in the deluxe twin room with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. All of the hotel's staff are amazingly kind and amiable. Plus, the location is stunning and wonderful, minutes from a long-running museum.

This hotel is located in a leafy and quiet area, right next to the imperial palace. I loved taking a walk to the palace via the bridge, enjoying the green walkways and less traffic. The staff was very helpful in arranging drivers and tours for me. The hotel itself has a lovely garden sit-out where I could enjoy my breakfast or evening coffee while watching the traffic pass by. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa and swimming pool added to the luxurious feel of the place.

I absolutely loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The location near Co Ha Gardens was wonderful, and the room itself was well-appointed and large with very nice interior and had all the essentials I needed. Plus, there was a relaxing restaurant not too far from the hotel.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful, well-maintained hotel, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful location. The staff were outstanding, going out of their way to help us and even throwing a Tet party. The pool was amazing and the connecting rooms were perfect for our small children.

Located in the historical district, this hotel has a stunning decoration and outstanding beds. The buffet breakfast is varied, and the staff is friendly and caring. They made an effort for my partner's birthday, decorating our room with rose petals and giving us cake for free. A great perk was that we could easily reach any location in the city by foot.
